Why the jurisdiction matters more here than most places
Every city permits differently
Lakewood, Denver, Golden, Wheat Ridge, Arvada, Edgewater, Littleton, Englewood and unincorporated Jefferson County all run their own right-of-way process with their own forms and lead times. We deal with all of them weekly. See the permit guide.
Denver is not Jeffco
Denver's Waste No More ordinance adds construction and demolition diversion requirements inside city limits that do not apply in Jefferson County. If your job is in Barnum, Villa Park or West Colfax, the paperwork is different. We plan for it.
HOAs and metro districts
Ken Caryl, Solterra, Highlands Ranch and much of Centennial have real architectural control — day limits, driveway-only placement, and notification before a renovation. Check before you book; it is a ten-minute call.
Foothills access is its own problem
Morrison, Evergreen and the Ken Caryl valley bring steep grades, private roads, switchbacks and winter ice. Our drivers know which drives a loaded truck can commit to and which need a smaller container or a staging spot.
Service Area FAQs
Do you charge extra to deliver outside Lakewood?
No. Every city and community listed on this page sits inside our standard service area and the flat rate is the same as it is in Lakewood. Delivery, pickup, your rental window and disposal up to the agreed tonnage are all in the number we quote you on the phone.
How far do you actually go?
Roughly a 25 to 30 mile radius from our yard, which covers Jefferson County, the west and south Denver metro, and the near foothills. We go further for multi-container jobs and contractor accounts. If your address is not on the list, call and ask — and if we cannot reach you we will usually know who can.
Can you deliver into a mountain community like Evergreen?
Yes, with a conversation first. Steep private drives, switchbacks, overhead limbs and winter conditions all affect which container we can get in and where it can safely sit. Tell us the address when you call and we will tell you honestly what will and will not work.
Do you serve the City and County of Denver?
We do, with a focus on the west-Denver neighbourhoods closest to our yard — Barnum, Villa Park, West Colfax, Sloan's Lake, Athmar Park, Harvey Park and Mar Lee. Alley placement is common there and Denver runs its own street occupancy permit, both of which we handle routinely.
