Colorado driveways take a beating from freeze-thaw and expansive clay, and a loaded roll-off is not something you want printing itself into a slab that already has movement. We need roughly sixty feet of straight approach and about ten feet of overhead clearance — low branches and sagging service lines are the usual surprise.
