Commercial Dumpster Rental in Lakewood, CO
Property managers, retail tenant finishes, restaurant remodels and multi-building cleanouts across Jefferson County. Scheduled swaps, invoices that match the quote, and drivers who know the difference between a Denver job and a Jeffco job.
Commercial work fails on logistics, not on containers. The box is easy. What matters is whether it lands before the crew does, whether the swap happens the morning after you call it in, and whether the invoice at the end of the month says what the quote said. We have been running commercial accounts along Wadsworth, Colfax, Union and the Federal Center corridor since 2012, and that is the part we compete on.
We work with property managers, general contractors, retail and restaurant operators, HOAs, storage facilities, churches and municipal facilities across Lakewood, Golden, Wheat Ridge, Arvada, Littleton and west Denver. Recurring swaps on a set day, single-drop tenant turns, or a fleet of containers staged through a phased renovation — the scheduling is ours to manage, and we hold the same flat-rate structure we use on our residential side.
One thing worth flagging before you sign anything with anyone: jurisdiction changes the rules. Denver's Waste No More ordinance imposes diversion and recycling requirements on construction and demolition work inside Denver city limits. A job in Lakewood, unincorporated Jeffco or Golden is not governed identically. If your portfolio crosses that line, we will tell you where it changes and document what needs documenting.
Commercial Work We Service Weekly
Retail Tenant Finish
Demo of the outgoing tenant's fixtures, ceiling grid, flooring and partition walls, then construction debris on the build-back. Usually two staged containers, not one long rental.
Restaurant Remodels
Hood work, walk-in panels, booth seating, tile and grease-soaked substrate. Refrigerant-bearing equipment must be evacuated and tagged by a tech before it can go in.
Property Management Turns
Multi-unit turnovers, abandoned tenant belongings, carpet and appliance removal across apartment and townhome portfolios. Set a standing swap day and stop chasing it.
Office Decommissioning
Cubicle systems, casegoods, server racks and cabling. Electronics are banned from Colorado landfills, so monitors and CPUs route to certified e-waste separately.
HOA & Common Area Cleanups
Annual community dump days, clubhouse refresh, pool furniture and bulk landscape debris. Common in Ken Caryl, Solterra and the south-metro districts.
Warehouse & Industrial Purge
Pallets, racking, packaging and accumulated shop debris along the light-industrial pockets off Kipling and the Federal Center. 40 yard territory when the material is bulky.
Institutional Facilities
School, church and medical office renovations near St. Anthony, Lutheran and the Mines campus in Golden. Off-hours delivery when a lot has to stay open.
Storm Damage Response
Hail seasons flatten rooftop units, skylights and signage across commercial rooflines. We stage containers for restoration crews working multiple buildings at once.
Sizing and Swap Scheduling for Crews
Most commercial jobs live in the 30 yard. It takes bulky mixed debris — ceiling grid, casework, fixtures, framing — without hitting weight limits, and it swaps cleanly on a normal loading dock or back lot. Go 40 yard when the material is light and voluminous: insulation, packaging, cubicle panels, roofing insulation board. Drop to a 20 yard for tight urban lots, alley-served buildings and anything with tile, concrete or masonry in the mix. On phased work we usually stage two sizes and rotate. Tell us your crew's production rate and we will build the swap schedule around it instead of making you call every time.
20 Yard Dumpster
Kitchen guts, basement finishes, multi-room renovations, large cleanouts.

Commercial placement is a site-access problem before it is a container problem. We need the truck approach, the overhead clearance, the fire lane you cannot block, and whether the property has a delivery window. Parking structures and covered docks are almost always a no — a roll-off truck needs real vertical room to raise the hoist. We can run early morning or after close when a lot has to stay usable during business hours. On Denver-side jobs, ask us about diversion documentation under the city's Waste No More requirements before demo starts, not after. Licensed, insured, and we will send a certificate to your property manager the same day you ask.

Commercial Dumpster Rental FAQs
Can you set up recurring swap-outs?
Yes, and most of our commercial accounts run that way. Pick a swap day that lines up with your crew's production and we hold it. If a week runs heavy you call and we come sooner; if it runs light we skip. Standing schedules are also how you avoid the mid-project scramble during hail season, when call volume across the metro spikes and same-day availability tightens for everyone.
How does Denver's Waste No More ordinance affect my project?
If the job site sits inside Denver city limits, construction and demolition work carries recycling and diversion requirements that do not apply in Lakewood, unincorporated Jefferson County or Golden. That can change how material gets separated on site and what documentation your GC needs at closeout. Tell us the exact address when you book and we will confirm which rules govern before the first container lands.
Do you carry insurance and can you provide a COI?
Yes. We are licensed and insured, and we issue certificates of insurance naming your entity as needed for property management and general contractor requirements. Send the requirements when you set up the account and we will have the certificate back to you the same business day. Most of our repeat commercial clients have one on file before their first delivery.
What about electronics and appliances from an office cleanout?
Colorado bans electronics from landfill disposal, so TVs, monitors, computers, printers, servers and peripherals cannot go in the container. They need a certified e-waste processor. Appliances with refrigerant — fridges, ice machines, rooftop AC — must be evacuated and tagged by a licensed technician before we can take them. Everything else from a standard office decommission is fine.
Can you deliver outside business hours?
Regularly. Retail centers, restaurants and medical offices often cannot give up parking or dock space during operating hours, so we schedule early morning drops and after-close pickups. It needs to be arranged in advance rather than called in the night before, and we need confirmed gate or lot access. If a property has a security company controlling entry, give us the contact when you book.
